La Poutine Week is back from February 1 to 14, and we're in it to win it!  We're tossing our old favourite back into the ring. Think we can be crowned best poutine in Winnipeg AGAIN with "Don't go Bacon My Heart?". WE DO!  Just to remind you, we make candied Maple Leaf smoked bacon the star of our locally sourced Poutine. Homemade french fries start as perfect @peakofthemarket russet potatoes. We top them with a seven-cheese blend and smother it all in horseradish beef gravy. A creamy chive aioli is drizzled on top and covered with cheese crisps (just like the good crispy stuff on a nacho pan), vine-ripened tomatoes, green onion, and of course, candied smoked bacon.  Get your hands on one of these bad boys February 1-14 (THAT’S THIS WEDNESDAY!). Congrats to all the winners of Le Burger Week! We fell short of our top five goal but we couldn't be happier with our staff and support of our amazing customers. Our first burger week attempt was a huge success, and our team made more than 800 burgers
in two weeks!
Thank you to @northhillmicrogreens, @smakdabmustard, @ilovecitybread, @gordonfoodservicecanada, @brandidlycommunications, @bothwellcheese, @hendersonlegion, and @leburgerweek.
Having people from all over Winnipeg come visit our little restaurant in the legion makes us so proud and we cannot wait to do it again!
